The property is pretty large and . During the lunch we never got a drink we ordered and the place mats were dirty. We stayed in one of the non-refreshed rooms, and it was very nice and clean. The staff are kind, friendly, and abundant. The experiences were nice and got us out of the resort to see more of what Costa Rica has to offer, but just a little let down by the flatness of the energy and lack of experience. The resort feels very, very safe and secure.
